Tempered glass also known as toughened glass, strengthened glass or safety glass.

1. There is tempering standard regarding glass thickness:

• Glass thick ≥2mm can only be thermal tempered or semi chemical tempered
• Glass thick ≤2mm can only be chemical tempered

2. Do you know glass smallest size when tempering?

• Dia. 25mm glass is the smallest size when thermal tempering, such as cover glass for LED lighting
• Dia. 8mm glass is the smallest size when chemical tempering, such as camera glass cover lens

3. Glass cannot be shaped or polished once tempered.
